Size vs. Effectiveness
Since interest in our group is growing rapidly, we may run the risk of getting too big to keep our informal discussion format and still be effective. For this reason, if you can not make one of the meetings for some reason, we ask that you notify us as soon as you can and restrain from sending someone else in your department just to have a representative present.

To the extent possible, we would like to keep this group restricted to program directors. Since it isn’t possible for everyone to make every meeting, an open slot could give a Director from another school a chance to attend without the meeting getting too large.

Conference Information

Fall 2009 - November 18-19, 2009

Dates for the 22nd Bi-annual Fall Rounders are Nov. 18-19, 2009 (Wed/Thu) at the Hilton Garden Inn. It is very close to the airport and they have a free shuttle 24/7. It will be the 1 ½ day format. This is the 11 year anniversay of the formation of "Rounders"!

We have a block of rooms reserved and you can make reservations online or by calling 1-800-445-8667. Be sure to ask for the EHS Directors Roundtable block to get our discounted room rate.
